Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy governs the preparation, shipping, and delivery methods for orders placed on the website disarnogioiellerie.com, managed by Aglione Luxury S.r.l.s.
We invite you to read the following information carefully before placing an order.
1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We ship to Italy and, where available at checkout, to other European Union countries and non-EU countries.
Shipping availability to a specific destination is indicated directly during the purchase process.
We reserve the right not to ship to certain locations, territories, or countries if there are logistical, regulatory, customs, or operational limitations.
2. SHIPPING COSTS
The shipping costs applicable to the order are indicated before completing the purchase and before the customer proceeds to payment.
The cost may vary based on, for example:
-
Country and location of destination;
-
order value;
-
weight or dimensions of the shipment;
-
selected delivery service;
-
any shipping promotions.
Shipping in Italy: from €9.99
Shipping within the European Union: from €19.99
Non-EU shipping: from €100
In any case, the shipping cost applied to the individual order will be the one clearly indicated to the customer during checkout.
3. ORDER PREPARATION TIMES
Orders are normally processed and handed over to the courier within [3-7] business days from the confirmation of the order and payment, unless otherwise indicated on the product page.
Orders placed during the weekend, on public holidays, or during company closure periods are processed starting from the first available business day.
For personalized products, made-to-order items, or temporarily unavailable items, longer preparation times may be required. Any specific timelines will be communicated on the relevant product page or directly to the customer.
4. DELIVERY TIMES
Starting from when the courier takes charge of the shipment, the estimated delivery times are:
Italy: approximately [1-3] business days.
European Union: approximately [3-7] business days.
Non-EU countries: approximately [5-15] business days, subject to customs procedures.
The indicated times are estimates and may vary for reasons not directly dependent on Aglione Luxury S.r.l.s., such as holidays, weather conditions, strikes, periods of high shipping volume, customs checks, or other exceptional circumstances.
In any case, without prejudice to different terms agreed with the customer and those provided for by applicable law, delivery will occur within the terms provided by law.
5. COURIER AND SHIPMENT TRACKING
Orders are shipped via [POSTE ITALIANE, DHL, UPS] or via another carrier selected by Aglione Luxury S.r.l.s. depending on the destination and the requested service.
When available, after the order is handed over to the courier, the customer will receive an email containing the shipment tracking number or link.
Tracking information is provided by the carrier and may take a few hours before appearing updated in the respective systems.
6. SHIPPING ADDRESS
The customer is required to carefully verify that the delivery address entered at the time of the order is complete and correct.
Aglione Luxury S.r.l.s. cannot guarantee that the address can be changed once the order has been handed over to the courier.
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, any new shipping costs may be requested, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
To request an address change before shipment, you can contact us promptly at the address info@disarnogioiellerie.com
7. SHIPPING WITHIN THE EUROPEAN UNION
For goods shipped from Italy to another destination within the customs territory of the European Union, import customs duties are generally not applied at the time of delivery.
Any taxes or fiscal treatments applicable to the sale are handled according to current regulations and, if due at the time of purchase, are included or indicated in the price and the order summary.
8. NON-EU SHIPMENTS, DUTIES, TAXES, AND CUSTOMS CHARGES
For shipments destined for countries outside the European Union, the order is subject, upon import into the destination country, to customs duties, taxes, import VAT, customs clearance fees, courier commissions, and/or other charges provided by local regulations.
These amounts are not included in the product price nor in the shipping costs indicated and paid on our website.
The shipping costs paid at the time of the order refer exclusively to the transport service of the goods to the indicated destination and do not include any duties, taxes, or other charges applied subsequently by customs authorities, tax authorities, or the courier in charge of import procedures.
Duties and charges are calculated subsequently
Any customs duties, taxes, and charges are determined after shipment, generally during the import or customs clearance phase of the goods in the destination country, and are the responsibility of the customer.
Their amount depends on multiple factors, including, by way of example:
-
Country of destination;
-
declared value of the goods;
-
type and customs classification of the products;
-
origin of the products;
-
customs and tax regulations in force in the destination country;
-
any commissions or expenses applied by the courier or the customs intermediary.
For these reasons, Di Sarno Gioiellerie / Aglione Luxury S.r.l.s. is unable to determine in advance the exact amount of any duties, taxes, or customs clearance costs that may be requested from the recipient.
Any amounts displayed on our website regarding shipping do not therefore constitute an estimate of customs duties or charges.
Duties and charges are the responsibility of the customer
All customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, and any further charges requested in the destination country are exclusively the responsibility of the customer/recipient.
These sums:
-
are not included in the purchase price;
-
are not included in the shipping costs paid at the time of the order;
-
are not charged or collected by Di Sarno Gioiellerie / Aglione Luxury S.r.l.s.;
-
are not borne by the company;
-
may be requested directly from the recipient by the courier, customs authority, or another party in charge of import procedures.
The customer is therefore responsible for the payment of all amounts required for the goods to be cleared through customs and delivered.
Before placing an order with a non-EU destination, we advise the customer to inquire with the competent customs authorities of their country regarding any duties, taxes, restrictions, or procedures applicable to the import of the purchased products.
9. NON-PAYMENT OF DUTIES OR REFUSAL OF DELIVERY
Should the recipient refuse to pay the duties, taxes, or other charges required for customs clearance, the shipment may be held, returned to the sender, abandoned, or handled according to the procedures provided by the courier and competent authorities.
In such circumstances, any costs incurred for the return, storage, customs clearance, or other consequential charges may be treated according to applicable law and the site's terms of sale.
Any delays caused by customs procedures or the non-payment of import charges do not directly depend on Di Sarno Gioiellerie / Aglione Luxury S.r.l.s.
10. NON-DELIVERY OR ABSENT RECIPIENT
In case of the recipient's absence, the courier may make a new delivery attempt, deposit the package at a collection point, or provide further instructions according to their own procedures.
It is the customer's responsibility to monitor the shipment tracking, when available, and follow any instructions communicated by the carrier.
Should the package be returned to the sender due to non-collection, incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or other circumstances attributable to the customer, Di Sarno Gioiellerie will contact the customer to agree on how to handle the order, in compliance with applicable law.
11. DAMAGED PACKAGES
We advise you to check the exterior condition of the package upon delivery.
If the packaging is visibly damaged, tampered with, or open, where allowed by the courier, we recommend accepting the delivery with a specific reservation or immediately reporting the anomaly to the carrier.
In any case, if the product received is damaged, we invite you to contact us promptly at the address info@disarnogioiellerie.com attaching the order number and, if possible, photographs of the packaging and the product.
Failure to place a reservation with the courier does not prejudice the rights recognized to the consumer by applicable law.
The risk of loss or damage to the products remains with the seller until the moment the customer, or a third party designated by them other than the carrier, physically takes possession of the goods, except in cases provided by law.
12. DELAYS AND NON-DELIVERY
If the shipment experiences a significant delay, the customer can contact us at the address info@disarnogioiellerie.com so that we can verify the delivery status with the carrier.
If the goods are not delivered within the agreed term or, in the absence of a specifically agreed term, within the term provided by applicable law, the consumer may exercise the remedies recognized by law.
13. SHIPPING LIMITATIONS
Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions to specific countries due to local regulations, customs provisions, limitations imposed by carriers, or the characteristics of the product.
In such cases, we may not be able to accept or complete the order. Should an order already placed not be shippable for such reasons, the customer will be informed and the measures provided by applicable law will be adopted.
14. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Conditions regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal, returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Returns and Refunds Policy, which can be consulted in the appropriate section of the site.
